Backup billing and retention
How tiers are charged, and how long copies are kept.
Monthly, per site
Each tier is a monthly charge for one site. Prices on this site are shown in US dollars and can be displayed in your currency.
Retention is 30 days on every tier
Every daily copy is kept for 30 days whichever tier you choose. The tier sets the largest site it covers, not how long copies are kept.
One account, one bill
Backups are part of your Zinn Digital® account, so they appear on the same invoice as anything else you buy from us.
If a payment fails
While an account is not in good standing, new backups are paused, but copies already stored are not deleted early. Backups resume on their own once the account is paid.
Taxes
Prices exclude any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are; it is added at checkout.
Included with Zinn Digital® hosting
Host the site with us and backups are part of the plan
Sites on Zinn Digital® WordPress hosting are backed up by the hosting plan itself, with malware scanning and a firewall included, so there is no separate backup bill. This product is for the sites you keep somewhere else.
