Somewhere other than the server
A backup on the same machine as the site is not a backup. Yours are held on storage we run, separate from wherever the site lives.
Any host, two ways in
Install our connector plugin, or give us SSH. Either way the site does not have to move and you do not have to change host.
A restore you have actually seen
Restore to a point in time, and check it before it goes live. A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a plan.
Files and database together
Uploads, themes, plugins and the database are captured as one consistent point, so a restore puts the site back rather than half of it.
